We accept a wide range of name brand and high quality items that are in excellent or near-perfect condition. These can include boys and girls clothing suitable for children ages 0-14, toys, puzzles, electronics, games, formalwear, holiday outfits, Halloween costumes, dress-up attire, and seasonal wear.

We also accept small children’s furniture, highchairs, strollers, booster seats, pack and play, and other items in excellent condition.

We issue store credit for any returns within two weeks of purchase with the original tags attached. The Red Balloon does not issue refunds, but we are happy to help you choose a suitable exchange of equal value.

The Red Balloon accepts clothing and other items that are gently used, like-new, or in perfect condition. Items may or may not have original tags and packaging still intact.

We are proud to provide our customers with an exceptional name brand shopping experience, so we only accept donated items that reflect the quality you would expect to purchase for your own family.

We do not offer donors cash or store credit for their donations at this time.

The Red Balloon happily provides a general receipt as proof of donation by request.

The Red Balloon carries clothing and other items that are season-appropriate. Our schedule for accepting seasonal donations is as follows:

Winter: October 7th - January 31st

Spring: February 7th - April 30th

Summer: May 7th -July 31st

Fall: August 7th - September 30th
